Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All purchases are processed, produced, and shipped from our in-home studio; we appreciate your support and patience!

Upon purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you email.

You will also be notified, and provided with USPS tracking information, when your order is out for delivery.

Jewelry production and shipping varies from product to product. On average, please allow 7-12 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Returns

Exchanges for store credit are accepted on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Custom and sale items are not eligible for return.
